Terms of Service

These terms form a contract between you and Madinah Butchery Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901). By placing an order or creating an account, you accept them.

• Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• We may change prices, promotions, and availability at any time before you place an order.
• If a product is unavailable after your order is placed, we will refund the item and notify you.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once Stripe authorises the payment. We never see or store your card details.

• Same-day delivery is available on orders placed before 10am on business days.
• We deliver within Sydney metropolitan postcodes only.
• You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is accurate.

We guarantee the quality of every cut. If something arrives in less than perfect condition, contact us within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
