Orders placed before 10am are delivered the same day between 3pm and 8pm. After 10am we deliver the following business day.
Not at the moment — we only deliver within the Sydney metropolitan area (postcodes 2000–2234). Customers outside the zone can collect orders from Newtown or Bondi.
We work directly with grassfed beef producers in the NSW Southern Highlands and Victorian lamb farms in Gippsland. Every cut is traceable — ask in-store and we will show you.
Absolutely. Use the "Notes" field at checkout or call the shop. Portioning, trimming, and butterflying are on the house.
